Raw Material Selection

Ensures the product's fundamental performance through the use of environmentally friendly raw materials such as high-purity quartz sand. High-purity quartz sand is used as the base material, combined with auxiliary raw materials such as borax and recycled cullet. Pre-processed through magnetic separation and particle size screening, the raw material purity is guaranteed to be ≥99%, ensuring the product's environmental friendliness and fundamental performance from the source.

A centrifugal fiberizer forms a three-dimensional fiber network, and a temperature-controlled curing furnace achieves fiber crosslinking. The entire process is 95% automated.

A high-temperature shaping furnace performs a secondary heat treatment to enhance fiber elasticity. A hydrophobic spraying achieves a water absorption rate of ≤5%. Fire-retardant additives ensure the product meets Class A non-flammability standards, while also imparting breathability, environmental friendliness, and ease of application.
